Privacy Policy
FruitPop is built to collect nothing. No account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics inside the apps. This page explains exactly what that means for the web version and for the iPhone and Android apps.
The short version. FruitPop does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. Your game progress and settings are saved only on your own device, and you can erase them at any time.
1. Who is responsible
FruitPop is made and published by Ozan Kılıç, an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. What the apps store on your device
To remember where you left off, FruitPop keeps a small amount of data in your device's local storage (the browser's localStorage on the web; the app's private container on iOS and Android):
- Current level, score, moves left and the level goal, so you can continue a game.
- Your best score, stars earned per level, and today's Daily Challenge result.
- Your settings: difficulty, theme, icon size, animation speed, effects, music, sound, hints, vibration.
This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it. It is not linked to you or to any identifier. Deleting the app, or clearing site data in your browser, erases it completely.
3. What we do not do
- No account or sign-in, so we never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- No advertising, and no advertising SDKs.
- No analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDKs inside the iOS and Android apps.
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo access.
- No sale or sharing of data with third parties, because there is no data.
4. The website (fruitpop.app)
The web version at fruitpop.app counts anonymous visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint devices, and does not follow you across sites. We see aggregate numbers only (such as how many people visited), never who you are. This runs only on the website; the iOS and Android apps do not load it.
The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google) and served through Cloudflare. Like any web server, these providers process the technical information needed to deliver the page (such as your IP address) for a short time for security and operational purposes, under their own privacy policies.
5. Sharing your Daily Challenge result
When you tap "Share result", FruitPop hands a short text (your score, the date and a row of emoji) to your device's share sheet. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose an app to share it with, and what you share goes only to that app.
6. In-app purchases
FruitPop is free and contains no in-app purchases. If an optional one-time "supporter" purchase is ever added, it will be handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play; we would not receive your payment details.
7. Children
FruitPop is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. Everything is on your device and under your control. If you have a question anyway, write to [email protected].
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. The current version always lives at fruitpop.app/privacy.
